Zeduwue provides an online platform through which learners can access masterclasses, instructional content, demonstrations, and educational materials focused on budget prioritisation and related skills. Content is delivered by recognised professionals and subject matter experts.

4.2 Availability

We aim to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or its features at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Upon purchasing access to a masterclass or course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the associated content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Record, screenshot, or capture any platform content in any format
• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content to third parties

5.4 User-Submitted Content

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

6.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
